It stands at the top of the City, with the shops and car parks outside the front door. Letchworth is on the A1 around 45 minutes from London, with easy links to the M1 and M25. The nearest airport is London Luton Airport.

There is a large industrial estate in Letchworth hosting a number of well known companies, and the towns of Stevenage and Luton near by.
Letchworth Garden City was the first garden city to be built in the UK and has good facilities and open spaces for businesses, their staff and its residents. It is in North Hertfordshire which is an area of the country with a very high average income per head and a large number of resident business people.
There are council car parks adjacent to the centre the nearby the multi-story has long-stay floors. Short-stay spaces are also available in the town centre but on a first-come, first-served basis.
